The Golden Gem offers our consumers the opportunity to shop a unique selection of products. We provide a venue where our customers can shop pieces by local talent, a clothing boutique, enjoy a coffee house, shop locally grown farm fresh products, and pick up your animal feed and supplies.

My husband and I have been married for 11 years. He was born and raised in this community loving farming and ranching. I was raised in Spokane Valley and easily converted into a country girl. With generations of knowledge he started formulating his own animal feed for cows, chickens, and pigs. His feed became very well known throughout the community and our surrounding areas. We both had a dream of entrepreneurship, so we decided to create a store that could be a one stop shop for the community. Together with his knowledge of animals and my love for fashion, coffee and supporting local, we created the Golden Gem Mercantile. With our three boys, two dogs, cows, chickens and our horse we are going on our 5th year and enjoying every crazy minute of it.
